How to Collect monthly CDR / SDR files via Billing Portal

To download your monthly SDR and CDR files, you can do this via our billing portal or SFTP.

To access via SFTP please email billing@eclipsenet.co.uk to arrange access.

To download your files from our billing portal, please visit https://billing.eclipsewholesale.co.uk and log in.

You can then use the user icon in the top right corner and choose downloads.

We are aware of an issue on some browsers where the file is trying to download as a PDF. Please try and download via Chrome or Edge and it should download as the correct file type.

The file is compressed as a .gz file. Windows 11 has built in support for this type of file but older systems do not. If you are running an older version of windows you can use a free application such as 7-Zip (https://www.7-zip.org/) to open the file. Please note as of October 14th 2025, Windows 10 stopped receiving security updates and we strongly advise against opening customer data on such systems.
