Managed Broadband Base Configuration
All Eclipse Managed Broadband routers follow the same standard configuration. The settings used are appropriate for most networks although we suggest your IT manager or IT support company check the below settings and let us know if you need any of these changed.
Default Settings:
Router Model: Draytek SOHO (Vigor 27xx)
Router IP: 192.168.1.1
DHCP: Enabled
DHCP Pool: 192.168.1.10 – 192.168.1.210
WAN IP: 1 Static IP
WIFI: Access Point provided at additional cost
If you require these settings changed or additional functionality added please contact customer service using email address
support@eclipsenet.co.uk with the required settings which will be validated and changed once approved. Access to the router’s configuration interface is not available to 3rd parties as all changes must be made by Eclipse. Any changes that would reduce remote access to Eclipse Wholesale cannot be made.
The Eclipse Managed Broadband service is not designed to act as an IT consultancy service or as a replacement for your usual IT Support.
Eclipse Wholesale manage the supplied equipment and our support demarcation stops at the router LAN ports. If a fault is raised, we will confirm the connection and hardware are working correctly via remote access but are not responsible for compatibility with your local network
